Who ever is cooking that chicken in the morning needs a raise. That chicken is so fresh and pack with flavor and juicy..
I ordered chicken pot pie to be abruptly told, “I don’t have any!” If an item is too difficult for you to make available then remove it from the menu. If you have such a high demand, make extra. If you are genuinely sold out, at least be courteous to your customer when delivering the news that you are not able to fulfill their order. Customer service is grossly lacking. This is 3x we have gone thur the drive thur the 1st time the wait was 30 to 45 minutes we left and went to pelzer one the 2nd time the one employee gave our food to someone else then this 3rd time they had a 4th of July meal the sign was still up they wouldn't honor the deal then I was gonna order a individual meal and the drive thur lady decided to argue with me so we went to Pelzer and they said yes the meal is honored all weekend the KFC in belton the food is trash the employees...read full review
