The food was OUTSTANDING! Our usual Chinese takeout in McColl is closed for a month so we took a chance on this place and we are so glad we did. China 1 is now our new spot for great flavor. Our large family ordered a wide range of foods and flavors, all were fantastic. Well worth the drive from the outskirts. Highly recommend
Run of the mill Chinese carryout place. Food was very average but remember I am Cantonese so pretty harsh judgment here. I got the shrimp egg foo young with chicken fried rice and a spring roll which was included with the lunch special. Although they had no gravy for the foo young I got it anyway. Portions were very generous in fact I could not finish it but the food was very average. I always order the same thing. Sesame chicken. Lo mein. Mountain dew.
Excellent food. Need more Sauce on the chicken.

China 1 is a small restaurant in a strip mall, offering lunch specials. The Sesame chicken and fried rice with extra shrimp and eggs are recommended for their freshness. The General Tso's chicken could be crunchier, and the rice was a bit mushy, but overall, the food is worth the price.
