Like really, all the places that advertise a "famous burger" of some sort of another: great work Janice, you put more toppings than anyone wants on some unseasoned bargain bin ground beef.Nah, this place I've never heard of before tonight serves me a real simple looking burger, but it turns out to be the best tasting burger I've bought since moving here, and probably one of the top three I've ever had. “I have been to 3 different Hall's Chophouse locations and I love how different and excellent each location is. The Greenville location has stunning views with a more open and lit version of the concept than Charleston or Columbia.There are 3 floors, with beautiful décor and a beautiful staff. This location is great for large parties, business meetings, romantic dinners, or a lively area for live music.“

“My favorite tap room in Greenville BY FAR! The atmosphere is cute and modern and the staff are always friendly. They have a ton of events throughout the month including a True Crime Club, meditative sound journeys, and a book club.I definitely recommend this if you are just visiting and staying in a hotel nearby or are a local looking for a new spot to hang by the river.The owners are always around to offer recommendations and chat at the bar.“

“What a hidden gem. One of my work colleagues heard I was coming to Greenville and recommended this place. We had a bit of trouble finding it and honestly thought it was closed when we walked up. We ordered the bacon popcorn and the trio of dips. I thought the portions were very generous and they gave us plenty of pita for our dips and refilled it without charging us for the additional pita. We ordered our first drinks off of the menu but then asked the young lady for a recommendation and she hit it out of the park. Best recommendation ever. My new favorite drink New York Cherry Sour. The music is spot on and I love the dim lights and entire vibe. Highly recommend this place if you are in Greenville.“

“Great place for dinner and drinks! Everything we tried was delicious. The sticky chicken, banh mi salad, and shmores were my favorites. There was a little bit of a wait when we went, so we had a drink at the bar while waiting for our table. Every employee we encountered was super friendly. “This place is cool. I love a good cigar and was happy to find this place open late on a Saturday night. The guy who runs the place is awesome. This is not a King Corona of Davidoff type of store. This is a small boutique cigar lounge that hits on all cylinders. They have a great selection of boutique cigars and great drinks. They have a friendly environment that is welcoming and "comfortable". I have enjoyed quite a few sticks in my day, but they had something I had not tried. I asked the owner for a mild, full flavor cigar and he suggested an El Septimo - Raphael. I have to admit, he hit it out of the park with the recommendation. For the experienced smoker, this is a gem. for those new to the joy of cigars, I can not think of a better place to learn. If you have ever even thought about a cigar, go here to find out all about them. I will be back every time I am in Greenville.“

“I can not suggest the Kava as I do not have a taste for it, but I definitely suggest the coffee, it was very good and worth every penny. The patrons are quiet, and the atmosphere is very sedate. All in all, I do suggest it for anyone who enjoys a good espresso.“

“Wow, what a great place and SO DIFFERENT from other craft brew places. The Whale had a wide assortment of beer options not found elsewhere. This provides a nice alternative to the local brew pubs featuring their own brews (I love doing that too). On our visit, Cory greeted us warmly and we had some nice chats with him as the place started to get lively. Bottom line? Highly recommended. We will go back.“

“An excellent place for friends or for quieter moments. The bartenders are friendly and welcoming. I also really love the food trucks that come through several times a week. They have a good beer selection that's constantly rotating so there's something fresh every few weeks. The trivia during the week is also a hoot!“

“It was a cool place to check out. $5 one time entry or $50 for the year. It was clean. Beer selection was decent. There were a lot of dogs! 1 TV outside 2 tvs inside. No small dogs were there. Only my little Jack Russell Terrier. He's a tuff guy. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because I wouldn't bring a small dog. They may get ganged up on at the gate or in the play area.“

“One of my favorite burger places I’ve found! Small place, simple and to the point. Couple burger options, fries, beer, and tea. That’s it. I kind of liked the simple options. All burgers are no lettuce/tomato - which I did kind of miss. But the burgers were really good and everyone was nice. Fries were okay, not bad but not the best I’ve had. Definitely would come again for my burger cravings!“

“Atmosphere and environment is good karaoke is good but watch out for a lady named Anita Reese who hangs out there sometimes and preys on vulnerable and gullible men who give in to her charm and somewhat good looks just to take your wallet to the cleaners. “This was by far the best wine tasting experience we’ve had. The owner Ben did an amazing job of teaching us about all the wines we had and wines overall. He also kept us laughing and entertained. “Chicora Alley is our favorite restaurant in Travelers Rest. We love everything that we have tried. Grouper sandwich, Quesadillas, Grouper and Jerk Shrimp Street Tacos, and then there is the incredible deserts. Chocolate Cynpot and Key Lime Pie are the only two we have tried and they were perfect deserts. They also offer a great children's menu and a huge assortment of drinks on the menu. Chicora Alley is a must! Enjoy!“

“The restaurant was great. The service was quick. The interior decor was on point. The place was clean. They do not rush you to eat or leave. Needs a little tlc at the door to enter the building. Mainly due to trim hanging down and a cable placed in a bad area. The food was fantastic. My only complaint about the food was the kids' chicken. It literally is Dino nuggets and smiley face fries from Walmart. I would expect it to be a cut-up breast or something. I've been to a lot of latin restaurants, and it's the first time the kids got Dino nuggets for chicken nuggets. I wish my boy would eat something different, but kids always want chicken.“
