If I was on death row, their Cheeseburger basket would be my last meal. If I were stranded on a remote island with 1 wish, it wouldn’t be to go home, it’d be for an Ashwood Cheeseburger. The worst part about eating here is that when I get done with 1 cheeseburger, I don’t have room for a 2nd.
Tried for the first time pretty good,will be a frequent customer .i got bacon cheeseburgers for my husband and i and cheeseburger meals as well as the two hotdog meals for the kids no complaints.It was to go I’d never dine in they allow smoking inside.Im not from the south but it does remind me of an old biker club.
Ashwood Bar & Grill has the best burgers in South Carolina! Lee County’s Small town Gem!! A must stop experience!

Ashwood Bar & Grill is a hidden gem known for its amazing burgers, fries, onion rings, hot dogs, and more. The portions are generous, so it's best to go with an empty stomach. The staff is very friendly, providing great and personable service that enhances the dining experience. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is top-notch, including the great hamburger steak with mushrooms, onions, and peppers. It's a casual spot with a roadside Honky Tonk type of look, reminiscent of an old country store or gas station that has been reborn. There are pool tables and a jukebox, making it perfect for a delicious meal. However, for those sensitive to cigarette smoke, it may be worth considering a takeout order. Overall, it’s a great hole-in-the-wall place where diners are unlikely to be disappointed.
