Best baked potato I have ever gotten from a Wendys!! Its what I order every time! Polite staff and clean atmosphere! Will definitely be stopping everytime I come thru!

Wendy's at Gordon Highway is a decent location with good food and service. Despite being attached to a pilot truck stop, orders are accurate. The staff can be short and cause some delays, but their professionalism still shows. The food is fresh, with hot items hot and cold items cold. Quick service allows for a meal in under 25 minutes. Recently, some customers noted that the employees can be loud and unprofessional at times, and the restaurant may not always be very clean. However, many enjoy the food, especially items like the Baconator Jr, which is hot and fresh, perfect for sharing, and customized with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions for full flavor. Some customers experienced issues with incorrect orders, such as double all the way instead of a number one combo, and disappointing frosty flavors. Overall, the day shift is friendly, but the night shift can be slack, and the restaurant may close early, making it less convenient for late-night visits.
