Loved it! The chicken salad offerings are delightful! Really liked the Lemon Basil version. It is chicken sald done right!!! Nit sloppy with mayo like so many places. The croissant was fresh and the mini cookie was delicious! Service was most friendly and all staff were smiling. Decor was cute and the huge covered patio is great. We will definitely return!!!

My chicken salad that comes with pecans, apples, and grapes had no grapes and apples just a few pecans. This was the problem the last 3 times I ate there.

I ordered a sandwich online and picked it up. I parked to eat my lunch and when I went to eat the second half of my sandwich and noticed a couple of blue and black spots on the edge of the bread. I decided to inspect it further and looked into the white part of the bread and realized it was mold, I could clearly see spores inside of the bread. Since I was close to the restaurant I brought it back in to bring it to their attention and I was told that it was just burnt on the crust and that happens sometimes. I showed the cashier the spores on the inside of the bread and I was still told it wasn't mold that it was just burnt. If it had just been burnt it would stay around the crust area, not little black dots on the inside of the bread. The only resolution I was offered was a new sandwich which I turned down since it had made me lose my appetite. It's very unfortunate because I've loved chicken salad chick and make special trips to bluffton to come here, but I will find a new lunch spot.

About month ago friend got me chix salad melt with cheddar cheese bc I hate provolone ... Went in tonight to try and get same thing was told by counter person no cheddar ... I asked if that was just for the day or always .. since I had it before ... Someone who I assume was manager said well we have shredded but don't like to substitute it ... Ok fine ... I thanked them and let them know I wasn't interested any longer ... Too bad bc that was a great sandwich... Ended up somewhere else for dinner
