“I was running away from the hurricane and had been driving 8 hours straight. There were several options of restaurants but I'm a Chick fil a fan. I entered the restaurant and walked up to the counter and got waited immediately. The scanner for my order did not work so I was given the receipt to add to my points. My sandwich with extra pickles and hot waffle fries was delivered to my table in 2 minutes. Everything tasted wonderful. Only thing was the dining room was freezing and I was wet from the rain.

“This has always been a five-star experience for me, but now I'm taking it down to a 1 because of this one experience. I order DoorDash almost every day. I get the same thing every day: a number one with an extra chicken biscuit and two milkshakes. My DoorDash driver brings it to me today, not two milkshakes but two chocolate milks. She is always correct, and she is always on time and knows my order. She comes to me more times than not.
However, this morning when she went to pick up my order, she noticed the name and asked the person giving her the food at Chick-fil-A why the two milkshakes were in the box instead of two chocolate milks, even though the receipt clearly states two chocolate shakes or two MLKSHK choc. He stated to her that these were the two items that came with that meal, not chocolate shakes, so she brings this to me and I do not have the order that I want.
I call the restaurant and explain to them that this was a DoorDash order. I was told that it was not their problem, but I had to go through DoorDash. This is in New York. Absolutely disrespectful comment and excuse. Just because it is a DoorDash order does not mean it does not have to be right, or that Chick-fil-A is not responsible for it not being right, especially when the driver of Uber or DoorDash asked why it was wrong and requested it to be corrected and was told that it was right. I have half a mind to not get food from here anymore, but I also understand that this would not hurt Chick-fil-A at all, as many people go there to eat. It is much of a big deal, except for the fact that when I called I was rerouted and told that it was not a Chick-fil-A problem, highly disrespectful.“

“I had a great experience here ☺️, customer service was amazing, and the food was great. Shot out to the guy who served me and opened the side door for me. He made the experience great. Funny ?, comical, and dressed to impress. 2pc with a biscuit and mash $5 quick lunch meal.“

“I love Chicken Salad Chick. In fact, I’m one of five American men who will openly admit that and dine there solo. You’re welcome.
Food is great (reminds me of my mom’s chicken salad), service is very good and personalized, and the atmosphere is very comfortable.
I am astounded by people who try CSC and shrug and say it’s just “okay.” What?!? CSC consistently rocks!!!
The staff at this location are very friendly and supportive. They greet me by name and make each visit enjoyable.
I left a star off for food because there’s a tiny bit of room for improvement on portion size for things like salads and soups. Otherwise, the quality of the food is excellent.
In a world where customer service has (almost) totally gone to crap in foodservice, Chicken Salad Chick stands out with a handful of other establishments on how it should be done. Highly recommended.“
