I don’t know the last time I had a meal that was on point all the way. No issues. Everything fresh and delicious. “I’ve frequented this Zaxbys for years and the food is always fresh. What’s also great about this location is the service is also consistently good. I would like to highlight Malisa. She’s been there for years and she’s always friendly and professional. She always repeats my order in the drive through and always addresses me as “ma’am” (even though she doesn’t need to but I appreciate it). My orders have been consistently correct and the very few times someone in the back may have gotten it wrong, she’s quick to correct it. She’s always there, so I know she’s also a hard worker.“

“Thank you BWW, our first order (take out) had several errors. It was not double checked and we didn't notice until we got home. I called and the Asst Manager was very apologetic and gave us a credit for another meal. We took advantage of that credit tonight (another take out order) and they were great! Outstanding food and service and they were so busy!! I'm leaving a great review because mistakes happen, we're all human. BWW made it right and really took care of us without any question. “I been here 3 times and all 3 times were perfect. Food came out amazing and I was more than satisfied. I will say that on busy nights it will take a little longer than the online estimated time. But other than that great workers, great wings. I like that my fries were crispy. This is the first wingstop that ever did that, usually they are kind of soggy. But yea dont listen to the negative reviews, most of them are people complaining about not answering phones.“
