“This empty box says more than I ever could. The food was so good, the only thing I couldn’t eat was the box.
Earlier today, I was in Florida and bought some oxtail from another Jamaican restaurant. It was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. As a Jamaican, that hurt my soul a little. After that experience, I wasn’t even sure I wanted to try Jamaican food again.
Then I stopped by Taste of the Caribbean, and from the very first bite, everything changed. The food was seasoned perfectly, cooked with care, and packed with the kind of flavor that reminds you what real Jamaican food is supposed to taste like. Every bite felt like home.
The oxtail was amazing, the rice and peas were on point, and the service was just as good as the food. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. That’s something you don’t find everywhere these days.
Jamaican food is more than food—it’s culture, family, memories, and pride. Taste of the Caribbean understands that. They don’t just serve food; they represent the Caribbean the right way.
If you’re looking for authentic Jamaican food, stop searching and come here. I would recommend this place a million times over. The picture says it all—when the food is this good, all that’s left is an empty box and a happy customer.

“Always friendly employees, easy to use the website to order take out and then quick and easy to pick up once there. No issues ever with order (order about 1x a week on average) in terms of accuracy. Seasoning on wings/fries is always adequate, food is cooked to a good temperature. Ranch is still probably the best around and is kept in a fridge that I have never seen not work. Employees keep place clean and they do clean up regularly as able. Heads up that it can get busy especially on big sports nights so be sure you order ahead to avoid a long wait!“

I do a lot of food delivery in the area as well as order there myself and every time now two women are there greeting me with a big smile and making me feel so happy during a long work day. “Thank you BWW, our first order (take out) had several errors. It was not double checked and we didn't notice until we got home. I called and the Asst Manager was very apologetic and gave us a credit for another meal. We took advantage of that credit tonight (another take out order) and they were great!
