Chipotle Mexican Grill

Longtime customer (10+ years). The food is solid once it’s made, but the overall experience often makes it feel like a hassle to come here. Asking for double portions feels oddly uncomfortable, like you’re inconveniencing someone for something you’re paying extra for. At this point, it seems less like a staff issue and more like a hiring or management one. The staff never smiles, says hello, sometimes they legit look like robots.. Or like a better words like they legitimately hate their job jobs. Wish we could go back to the times we would hire actual working adult adults. This location has so much potential, because the food itself is consistently great.

This place was fantastic when it was run by adults. Now that it's run by kids who care about nothing, it's terrrrible! When you walk up, they reluctantly tear their eyes from the screen to look at you. No smile or greeting. Then, as you go down the line as the only person in the place, they throw the food so hard into the bowl that it bounces out, and even into the other food containers. If you ask for beans, they skim off the top and give you plenty of bean juice. The same goes for the pico de gallo and other items. You'll end up with Chipotle soup. If you say Yes to chips and a drink, you can believe you'll be charged for a large before they go back to their phone. Oh, and the music is turned up so loud, they make everyone repeat what they said a few times. They can't even hear each other! Lots of shouting, as a result. Don't EVER order ahead! I got burned 3 separate times at very different hours of the day. One of my salads had 5 strips of lettuce at the bottom of a tiny soupy mess. I'm boycotting this location since the other stores are still great.

We stopped in for lunch and ordered a salad. When I saw what bad shape the lettuce was in I asked if they had any fresh lettuce. The unhappy women at the counter said that was all they had. We passed and left. As we were leaving the women behind the counter was complaining about us. Moved here from Charleston and the Chipotles up there were filthy. We tried giving it another shot. We are done

The staff were super friendly. Got me in & out and the food was fresh and the portions were good.

Kid had a bad attitude, 1/2 normal portion sizes then covered it up with
Tomatoes . He couldn’t have cared less. Worst chipotle burrito I’ve ever had. Sad experience.

The serving sizes and prices don’t add up at this particular chipotle, I just left and can literally count the amount of pinto beans in my bowl. With half a scoop of rice. Do better

Chipotle is one of my favorites! Use to have it atleast once a week. We have gave the bluffton location many chances, either we are being rushed to order our food by the employees while no one is in line, to having our order messed up and being over charged while we are literally standing in front of them and telling them what we want. Also charging us for double protein which is 7$ for 4 extra little strips of carne asada is crazy. Breaks my heart that this kind of service keeps happening to us because I love chipotle 🥲

This Chipotle is much better than others I've been to. We will happily make the drive here over the Beaufort location.

I was at Bluffton location, @ 10:45 am, was not greeted by the two young ladies at the counter when I walked in, food looked old like left overs. I turned around and walked out. Chipotle please do yourself a favor and train your employees to have some care and do better. Love the Beaufort location
