I am a regular at this Dunkin’ and have had hardly any problems. I try to cut it some slack because staffing issues. Recently, it’s gone down hill fast. Ordered two hot drinks, both were ice cold and one wasn’t even part of my order. Poured both of them out because they were not drinkable. If the lobby wasn't locked + the drinks didn't cost me a penny, I would not be so bothered by this.*

Went to drive through. New building, franchise moved from old location. Great service, bagel and iced coffee were excellent.
