I don’t say this lightly, this is the best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. The fish is fresh, well-cut, flavorful, and the quality is exceptional. The specialty rolls are creative but not over the top, everything is balanced and thoughtfully put together. Nothing was overworked, nothing needed sauce-it all spoke for itself.
Service was relaxed yet attentive, never rushed and made the whole experience feel comfortable. Fancy Sushi is one of those places you’re genuinely excited to come back to, and easily THE BEST sushi spot in Bluffton.

Fancy Sushi in Bluffton is fantastic. The sushi is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The rolls are creative without being over the top, and the portions are generous. Service is quick, friendly, and attentive every time I’ve visited. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. Definitely one of the best spots for sushi in the area—highly recommend!

My family loooves Fancy Sushi. My daughter turned 15 tonight and all she wanted was fancy sushi. The always great you with a smile treat you like family and the food is top notch. We enjoy everything about the place and we love the family atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back ❤️

Favorite restaurant in town. The food is great and the staff is super personable and friendly. The sushi rolls are great, both the classic rolls and the fun fancy rolls. I also really like the hibachi meals (steak and chicken), the spring rolls, and the miso soup. Highly recommend.

Food was okay. Got the chicken hibachi and it was rather bland. Sushi was decent I got the fried roll and the breading was a little off.

Absolutely the best sushi place in the Hilton head Bluffton area. The service experience there is Is amazing starting off with an on the house mini appetizer. The staff noticed I finished my sashimi fairly quick because I was hungry, was kind enough to surprise me with a mini sashimi side which I thought it was incredible. Definitely I’ll go to place
