“We have breakfast at Cahill's every time we're in town. It's hearty, delicious, heavy Low Country food. I had the chicken and waffles and they were both perfectly cooked. The service is always quick and friendly. Everything on the menu is terrific. The only problem IS the menu -- there are so many delicious items that it's in a really small font. Worse, it's typed in all caps, which makes it even harder to read. But it's absolutely worth a stop, any time.“

Chef Joe's dishes best represent the time he's taken to perfect his craft. I started with a stuffed pepper. The dish was prepared to perfection. Next came the Oso Bucco. Moist, tender and a sauce to die for. Having grown up in the NYC Metro area, it brought back fond memories.“
