Our waiter took 10 minutes to greet us before bringing water, he got our order completely wrong, and took almost 45 minutes to get our food. After an hour, the manager was kind enough to credit our incorrectly made meal (specified gluten free, and attention to this detail was lacking—the meal was full of gluten). Probably would have been a different experience with a different waiter. My daughter said the bacon was good...that was about it.

We ate here a couple of weeks ago and had an outstanding experience. Sorry to say that this time was not. Our waiter was aloof and made me uncomfortable. I did not get my salad, yet our entrees came out. I declined the salad at that point because the entree was there. Then I noticed my entree was not what I ordered but his was his was. It was taken back to the kitchen and they brought my salad so I would have something to eat while I waited for the proper entree. I had one bite of the salad and my entree was delivered. I had the same entree as I had a couple of weeks ago because it was so good. It was the Salmon Oscar. Like night and day from before. Our whole visit was 40 minutes. I felt like we were rushed and they were trying to flip tables asap. I had hardly touched my wine. when I go out on a Saturday night I want a leisurely meal and enjoy the experience. I would have rated this restaurant a 5 out of 5 a couple of weeks ago and this time a 2. We were even telling others about this restaurant. Unsure if we will give them another try.

I've been looking for a mussels dish over pasta. Having chosen the mussels appetizer and a side of spaghetti, I was able to mix both to have what I as looking and hoping for. Turned out excellent. The only downside on the rest of the food orders for my party was not having baked potatoes for their steak orders. They usually go hand in hand or at least offered as a side. This restaurant does not have baked potatoes. Downer.

We ordered the Mediterranean Shrimp Pasta which was supposed to have sun dried tomatoes as one of the ingredients. Neither of our two pasta bowls had any sun dried tomatoes in them, and as a result the dish was rather bland and tasteless. Our server was neither friendly or experienced and added nothing to our dining experience.

Sunday brunch had fabulous options. We did not eat from the buffet because we are not big eaters. The air staff was very attentive. My only complaint is that our food arrived barely warm.

There was no disabled parking spaces directly in front of the entrance. My husband has mobility issues and he had a difficult time navigating his way into the restaurant. I noticed while we were there several people were using walkers or canes so he wasn't the only one with mobility problems. Food service was very slow. We ordered an appetizer, main dishes and dessert. The dessert alone took more than 30 minutes which is inexcusable for a dish that's already prepared.

Plenty of parking and easy access. Upon arrival we were concerned with the parking lot being packed. This place is really popular, we were lucky getting a up close parking space near the entrance, our timing was perfect as many of the early dinner diners were leaving. Couldn't have planned it better. Our table, a booth, was immediately aavailable and our server had our drinks on the table with warm bread and butter before we placed our dinner selection. Exceptional world-class customer service, hats off to the chef and kitchen staff. We will have to return again, maybe lunch. Nice menu.
Our server, Gabriella, was very friendly and hood natured. It helped make our evening enjoyable.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience @ Frankie Bones in Bluffton was disappointing and needs to be shared. Our waitress provided very limited service—she took our drink orders, brought them to the table, and never returned to offer refills. Three out of five people in our party ordered the buffet, which required no service from her at all. No additional items were ordered, and nothing extra was offered throughout the meal.
Despite this, she was left a $19 tip (about 15%) by my elderly father, which he felt was appropriate for the service received. To our surprise and discomfort, the waitress actually returned to our table after we had paid to ask for a larger tip. This was unprofessional and left a very negative impression. My husband slipped her a $20 as we were leaving thinking my father had left her nothing by the way the waitress behaved. She ended up receiving $35 for us occupying a table for 1 hr total. Again, no refills offered or extra items ordered.
Tipping is meant to reflect the level of service received, and in this case, the service did not justify being asked for more. It’s unfortunate, because the food itself was great, but this interaction left our entire group feeling uncomfortable and not willing to return to a restaurant we had past loved.
I will not name the waitress, but I would like to compliment Sandra, our hostess and Ethan our food runner for their excellent service and professionalism, I hope the waitress shares part of the over 30% tip she ended up receiving with them.
