This is for the owner. Pete do you know what the word Reserve means ?
When myself and 6 other ppl purchase their turkey & etc in advance and schedule a pickup date and time there is NO reason why you should tell us you are out!
Those who paid in advance for their Thanksgiving meals should have been set aside and held for their schedule pickup day and time . NOT the day before telling your customers you are out and will have to pick out something else . Plus i called you and you confirmed my order and said you will have it and plenty of turkeys .
You need to change your business practices!!

I recently placed an order with The Honey Baked Company in Bluffton SC(Order #: 305160403) and was saddened to find that the smoked turkey I ordered was not available at pickup. It was disappointing to hear that several other customers who ordered the smoked turkey were also told they had run out.

While the staff was pleasant and courteous, the company needs a better system to ensure preorders are filled. My family was looking forward to our traditional smoked turkey for dinner, and this experience was unacceptable, especially after waiting 10-15 minutes only to be told there were no smoked turkeys available. Then, after agreeing to take the roasted turkey, it took another 15 minutes to receive it.

I hope The Honey Baked Company can improve their order fulfillment process to prevent this from happening in the future.

The pound of roast turkey that I picked up on Wednesday was good. It would have tasted better if the clerk that sliced it would have wiped the slicer off. The turkey tasted of ham glaze. This morning Aug. 28 I made the mistake of returning to this store to purchase a pound of ham. When I opened the bag it was the fattest ham that I have purchased. They should be ashamed to charge $15 for this mess. I will never return to this store.

A cute little shop with a niche focus! Got some sandwiches and a salad, everything tasted exceptional. Prices weren't high. Every employee we heard was very friendly, courteous, and attentive.

The attendants were very courteous.The ham delicious as usual.The turkey was a surprise… I like it better salty, I prefer the homemade turkey. This one was too sweet for me.

I ordered a whole meal and had it picked up as we were coming in from out of town. The sides expired in October 2023. It’s December 2023. It was a holiday. We had nowhere to go to get food to substitute. This is unacceptable for the amount we paid!

I was price gouged by this store and this company. I pre-ordered online for Christmas and the system would not let me pay in advance. I called the local franchise and they said the system will only work if you pay when you pick up. The price quoted was $60.85. The fine print said the price could be more at check-out. My husband picked up the ham and didn't realize we were being gouged when the price was $91! This is my first and last honey-baked ham. Buyer beware!

It simply amazes me that just about every condiment has SOY in it. Too much consumption of soy is bad for anyone, but I cannot be the only one who has a soy allergy. It honestly pisses me off. You're doing people harm because soy is only to preserve the condiment longer. It doesn't belong in our food. Please make other options available and please have ppl who have a different kind of understanding. I am hungry and now cannot eat my food until I get home. 40 minutes away. Thanks for making my first time here my very last.

Rudest staff ever. You could walk in and not say a word and they’ll start giving you dirty looks and speak aggressively to you for no reason other than making them have to work…… disappointing. Maybe try another location if you can…

I had a very easy and quick visit. The ladies made my transaction smooth and friendly.I love their Ham it tastes amazing

I love their peppered bacon!! My experience is always quick, and the employees are always pleasant and polite!
