They can’t or won’t complete a basic order because we are busy but with only about 3 orders getting done 6 people on staff they refused to get me fully cooked fries in fact the response was oh you wanted this fixed after asking 2 times to correct it. The crispy Cajun fries was the only reason I was going there this time guess I’m done if they can’t or won’t do the job I’m paying for no point in even going. Had a great experience at Five Guys tonight! They let me in at 9:59 right before closing at 10, and the whole crew was still so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was amazing from everyone working. Extra special shoutout to Tay the manager and the entire crew for being so kind and positive even right at closing time. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I ordered on line was told it would take 5-8 mins. I went in early and was told it would be 4-5 mins. I waited and waited then noticed that people walking in ordering were getting their food already. I went up to the counter and asked where my order was. It was sitting there in the back on the counter….. forever…. someone dropped the ball and I ended up eating cold food which wasn’t very good. That was my first time eating there and will be my last!!!
