I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."
the service was good. didn't use it was loud on several people near me could not exchange conversations. the food was not up to its usual standard. the pancakes were cold and the scrambled eggs were runny. if I had not been in a hurry I would have sent it back but I have an appointment.
I enjoyed my breakfast this morning. Paris was great. She was kind, friendly and prompt.

IHOP offers a friendly atmosphere with prompt service. The restaurant provides a typical IHOP vibe, serving good coffee and breakfast samplers. The service is friendly and quick, and the food is good. The management is great and the staff is very attentive and very polite. While the restaurant was clean, it unfortunately also seemed dirty and understaffed at times. The food came out both overcooked and underseasoned and it took awhile to get the food. However, eggs were perfect, bacon as expected, and hash browns crispy. Overall, IHOP continues to be a friendly spot for breakfast, with attentive service and a welcoming environment.
