Have been going to Jack Frost for more years than I can remember. Always appreciated the variety of homemade flavors and the great service. Unfortunately, since it was sold several months ago, a new product is being sold and there has been a decrease in the homemade flavors. In addition, the homemade flavors now rotate. We have been there several times and our favorite flavors haven’t been available (rocky road, cappuccino flake, coffee oreo, cherry vanilla). Please bring this...
Ashley was super nice about allergies while taking them seriously. There was one nut-free flavor in the nut case, and without being asked looked to see if they had extra of it not put out to avoid cross-contaimination. Ended up having to get another flavor, but it was nice that she looked and the other flavor was still delicious.
