Called yesterday was told today they were open their regular hours. Drove from out of state for them to be closed. Was excited to try them 😭💔.

We are vacationing in this area for three days. We had lunch yesterday and came back again today for lunch; it's how good it is. I wish they had this place in the Clemson area. The food is so delicious and healthy. Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely perfect for healthy breakfast and lunch!! I live in Myrtle beach and found this spot on my one of many trips to the area for work. I go everyday I am here because it’s TRULY amazing. Super healthy (truly healthy) and they make everything taste so good. I got the chia oatmeal both days and then tried two of their smoothies. I wish this place was in Myrtle beach. So good I wish I could partner with the owner and open one up there. I would like to commend them because everything is so well thought out and a place that should be recognized. Well done. Yes you will pay more for quality!!! I have no problem and actually the prices are good for how REAL and tasty the food is. Thank you. See you on my next trip unless you open in Myrtle Beach :)

Outrageously priced, I paid $11 for the smallest size smoothie they had. I requested a more sweet and tropical smoothie the cashier unfortunately wasn't very knowledgeable of the ingredients that are in it. I got a mango-pineapple smoothie (first on the list of recommendations) and it just tastes like bananas and the gritty pea protein they put in it. Would not recommend unless you're looking to spend a fortune for a very disappointing experience.

This place is always so peaceful and welcoming with every visit. The Ladies are always helpful and offering suggestions. Today I only came in for a Hot Wellness Shot. It was exactly what I needed. They have a very large selection of smoothies and cold pressed juices. They offer food as well. You must browse the entire store as they have many local goods available.
