After a long day heading back from MUSC in Charleston my wife and I were craving some steakhouse food. Living on Hilton Head there are not many options.Longhorn Bluffton never disappoints. My wife said her ribeye was one of the best she's had in years and it was cooked PERFECTLY. I always get the chop steak and it was soo-soo good! The salads they give are so big, fresh and delicious!I'm a detail guy and I notice the little things. I was watching an owner running food and asking patrons how everything was.I NEVER see that anymore. Nuff said.

You can not go wrong with the 6oz sirloin with baked potato. Perfect for lunch and about the same price as a large combo at gast food restaurants!
Waiter was sort of withdrawn from us, and after ordering potatoes with our steaks we were informed that they were completely out of them. Prime time on Saturday night and no potatoes. Well there goes the phrase "meat and potatoes".
