I was attending a private event so about 40 of us had the place to ourselves. The staff and service was exceptional. No complaints there. But I thought the food was lackluster. I’m big on first impressions, and they were great. I’m a fan of Chicken Marsala, but it wasn’t on the menu; although they had veal and a soup. But they made it for me, and it was delicious. My wife was very happy with her meal, too. Will definitely be back.
I loved all the restaurants we've been to while staying down here for 5 days. BUT, the May River grill was the best tasting, the best atmosphere (12 tables plus a bar),and service was tops!
