We’ve not been here for quite a while so decided to give it another try. First thing we saw was those dreaded kiosks!! We stood at the counter for about 15 minutes before someone came out to help. I smiled and said “We really like to talk to live people when ordering!” She smiled back, we ordered and paid. No receipt. It began to get quite crowded and only 2 out of the 4 kiosks worked. So we ordered through the app at 7pm on a Thursday evening. It said your order will be at the counter, which was fine as we wanted to dine in. We got there a few minutes later, parked, walked up to the door and it’s locked!!! Needless to say, we then had to get in the drive thru lane, which added another 20 minutes before we got our food. I ordered a coffee and, thankfully I stirred in the creamer before taking a drink, the entire bottom of the cup is filled with grounds!!!...read full review
Field trip today we went to the
14 Discovery Dr Bluffton McDonald's for lunch after. We were ignored for at least 15 minutes finally someone came up to me and said you need to order from the kiosk I can't help you. I said they are paying in cash. Well after they order send them to register to pay. ??? That's just extra what??
