We’ve not been here for quite a while so decided to give it another try. First thing we saw was those dreaded kiosks!! We stood at the counter for about 15 minutes before someone came out to help. I smiled and said “We really like to talk to live people when ordering!” She smiled back, we ordered and paid. No receipt. It began to get quite crowded and only 2 out of the 4 kiosks worked. An older gentleman stood at the counter but appeared to be ignored until someone spoke up and asked “Can we have some help out here?” We finally got our food when my husband stood at the pick up counter. No receipt. Now tell me, Corporate, why do you think you’re losing$$$$?

Ordered from the app right after I parked. Walked in the store and waited. It took a while so I went to the counter and stared at the bag in back that looked like my usual order for at least 5 or six minutes. When the rude woman finally gave me my order she said I was late. That’s impossible because I ordered as I was walking in. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied. The workers at this location used to be nice, but now they are apathetic and mean. I left my order at the counter and will never be back.

I have come to expect some level of quality and speed when ordering at McDonalds. Nothing crazy however I expect it to be close to other locations in the area. Every single time I decide to go here it is a bad experience. Just look at their google reviews. Tons of 1 star experiences.

Most recently I went here to try the new snack wrap as I hadnt eaten all day and was tired. Excited to eat I reach into the bag as Im driving. It’s like someone just tossed the ingredients into the paper and closed it up. Immediately my hand is covered in mayonnaise as I blindly unwrap this monstrosity. I reach for napkins in this bag there are none. I go to take a sip of my Diet Coke and the lid is ill fitting dumping half of my beverage down the front of my shirt.

The time prior I went early on a Sunday to treat my lovely girlfriend to breakfast. We ordered inside and the food took 40 minutes to come out at which point it was cold. The staff didnt speak to anybody and seemed generally upset at the fact that anyone had decided to eat there. The laziness of the staff does not make me trust their ability to clean or maintain proper food standards.

Prior to this incident I had my first encounter with this location which was probably the worst of the 3. There was a deal for buy one get one free breakfast sandwiches. I ordered 2 and then told them I would like to use the deal. This staff member barely spoke English but essentially informed me that the sandwiches I had chosen were excluded from the deal. No problem I say, I’ll get the 2 that are included. He rings me up and I pay, (without looking at the total). Upon arriving at the next window I am given 4 sandwiches. Upon looking over the receipt I spot the issue, He had rung up my original 2 and then the 2 I wanted with the deal, he then had apparently not correctly entered the deal into the system causing me to be charged 20ish dollars for what I originally wanted to only pay around 4. When I explained this to the 2nd window the employee said there was not an easy way to reverse the purchase and I would have to wait for a manager to greet me by my car. At this point I was already running mildly late to work due to either the fact that they were making the food slow or perhaps due to the fact that I had to wait for what was essentially a double order. I had no time to wait and had to move on with my life 20 dollars in the hole.

I am a red blooded American. This establishment is engrained in the fiber of our great country. I don't expect perfect service, amazing food, or recently even cheap prices. All I ask for is consistency and this particular location has fallen significantly behind. I cannot in good faith ever return to this location, which is sad for me because it is 5 minutes from my apartment. Unfortunately it seems that the hiring standards here exclude only those who are dead because the workers either don’t speak English or can’t be bothered to do their job at all.

45min curbside pick up, definitely not worth the wait

The time is 2130, currently still waiting on my order for three, it's been over 30 minutes since I placed it, for here not to go. Tables are disgustingly dirty, nobody cleaning them. I the customer have to do it. Not the first time happening, of course they prioritize the drive thru, because inside is not busy, only other 3 customers. Not coming back here.

i would give a zero but i can’t so i give it a one. the food was terrible and the nuggets were cold and the other ones were burnt and you can taste it. the food took like 40 min to come and this is a fast food restaurant. it was more like slow food place. i do not recommend this place at all. service was also terrible. so even if you are hungry try to find another mcdonald’s.

$62 for 4 meals and a couple McChickens. Also had to wait in line for like 25 minutes for the whole entire process.

Oh yeah and they handed my a vanilla shake instead of chocolate. I pointed it out to the little girl behind the counter and she lied to my face and said that their machine just makes chocolate shakes look like vanilla. It's a vanilla shake kid.

The most rude and unprofessional workers I have ever experienced. Our order was not only incorrect but we were given attitude when we asked for the correct food. We repeated our order multiple times and still got the incorrect items. Will never go back here.

Just look at this “cookie tote”. Smh. Chocolate and cookie crumbs all around the outside of container(I removed the crumbs). Cookies all broke up and “placed” in there that way. Why would you give a customer this. Just why? If I hadn’t arrived to work,I would return it for a refund. This is just nasty and laziness on behalf of the employees working.
