Worst McDonald’s….period. Every DoorDash we receive is either missing items or in poor shape. Drive Thru is the same gamble. Stuck with this location on DD, unfortunately. Done giving them a chance. Don’t waste your time!! Rude staff also doesn’t help either. Do better, please.

ordered a breakfast meal at the drive thru. The server at the winow, (KS#13) asked what drink I wanted and I said Sprite. She said we are out of sprite, would you like something different to drink, we have coke, dr pepper,.....and orange juice. I said I'll take orange juice. I noticed later on the receipt I was charged extra for the orange juice. There was no mention that I would be charged extra for the substitution. I feel that if you are out of a product that is normally part of what is listed on the menu then the upcharge for substituting should be waived or at the very least, I should have been informed that there would be an upcharge.
To begin with the server at the window was rude and impatient.

Sporadically check on the pick up line but it’s an overall mess. I think the location is the only keeping this location open. I encourage the franchise owner to stop in and see the egregious condition this is in…

I went to McDonald’s with me and my husband and I ordered the nuggets ( 20 piece ) and later that night I got bad food poisoning. The night consisted of me being sick all night and throwing up. Be careful when you get food here.
This is by far the slowest McDonalds I have ever visited. If they made up for in in quality it could be excusable but that’s mediocre at best. Add to it the cost and you add 2 visits in one: first and last

We’ve not been here for quite a while so decided to give it another try. First thing we saw was those dreaded kiosks!! We stood at the counter for about 15 minutes before someone came out to help. I smiled and said “We really like to talk to live people when ordering!” She smiled back, we ordered and paid. No receipt. It began to get quite crowded and only 2 out of the 4 kiosks worked. An older gentleman stood at the counter but appeared to be ignored until someone spoke up and asked “Can we have some help out here?”
We finally got our food when my husband stood at the pick up counter. No receipt. Now tell me, Corporate, why do you think you’re losing$$$$?

Only reason this location is even still open is because there isnt another one within like a 5 mile radius. Everytime I try and give them another chance again I’m left disappointed. This time it was the burger bun. It was so burnt like actually black and hard like how do you even push that kind of food out. Drive through always takes forever compared to other locations, and have opened and closed whenever they felt like it on past occasions. Whoever owns this location needs to get better management and workers. McDonald’s was my first job when I was 14. It really is a simple job.

I walked in went to the counter said I was picking up my order. And with an extreme attitude he said I’ll get to when I get to it I’m all alone and I I wasn’t even being rude everyone in this building seems like they hate their jobs. Not person is smiling or seems happy to be here
