Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

High praise for our waiter. Nick P. Though he might be fairly new, he was very attentive, great manners, and went out of his way. We were a group of three old friends catching up on life. He never rushed us and made us feel very welcome.

8 dollars on a soup to go with one nochi in it. Why you gotta do me like that. My feelings are hurt.

One dish sent back. They do not have unseasoned grilled chicken. 2 dishes of spaghetti and meatballs came without the meatballs. First time to correct this only one serving of meatballs delivered. Afterwards after person finished eating spaghetti the other missing meatballs were delivered.

Sometimes a simple lunch is perfection! My wife and I stopped by Olive Garden in Bluffton while on our way to Savannah. We ordered the simplest thing on the menu: Soup, Salad and Bread sticks. Our food was served promptly, the soup was hot and tasty, and the salad was chilled and delicious. I seem to remember Olive Garden brushing their bread sticks with melted butter and garlic, but maybe that's a thing of the past. Even without the butter and garlic, they were still good.

Our server was friendly and efficient. She attended to our table by refilling our salad bowl and beverage glasses and asking if we cared for more soup as well. We wanted for nothing. The atmosphere was comfy casual, and at noon on a Friday, there were plenty of tables available. We very much enjoyed our lunch!

Ate dinner at the bar and the bar was empty and not cleaned. After sitting for 5 minutes at bar tender who was there the entire time asked if we would like a drink. We asked if she could clean the dishes from in front of us. Ordered, received our food and she never addressed us again. Managers walked around a few times but did nothing as far as addressing the cleanliness or our food or service.

What can be said. It’s decent Italian. Salads, bread sticks are good. Service usually great.
Restrooms decent but not impeccable.
It’s a good go-to place for reasonable priced Italian and a comfortable atmosphere.

If I could give zeros across the board I would!!! Chicken gnocchi soup with no gnocchi. Table was never cleared throughout the meal. Salad bowl removed without offering more salad. No follow up. Mgr came to table and never removed empty dishes himself.

Service was not good. We went for lunch and they weren’t even busy but our server only came to our table twice. We didn’t get refills until we were about to leave and she never asked how our food tasted, and it tasted terrible. She kept saying she’ll bring more breadsticks but as we were leaving they finally brought more it was just bad overall.

Went Friday November 7th for dinner around 7 o clock and our waitress Emi was incredible! Checked up on us plenty all our needs were tended to! Some of the best and kindest service we've ever received at a restaurant! Espically during such a busy night! Thank you very much!

Alexis D was my bartender and she was fast and listened to me very well. She made me a drink with coconut rum in a Shirley Temple style. It was outstanding. Not overbearing with none of the flavors. I ordered the 6 Oz steak well... sorry folks I don't like bloody meat. And the pasta was Alfredo. Everything was wonderful. Please be patient with restaurant employees. They are there to help us and it is not their fault someone did not show up to work, we have be come so disrespectful as a people. Treat people right and stop showing on looking kids this is the way to behave. Hugs hope this review helps. Hang in the Olive Garden good help prayers coming your way.
