Came here to eat with my family while on vacation. 4 adults 3 kids (5 , 3 & 2yr old) if you have small ones you know this is no easy task. Austin our waiter was beyond amazing and accommodating. He placed our kids first , it came out along with the appetizers. As everyone knows kids eat super slow. By the time our entrees came out the kids were still eating. Never felt rushed , he was attentive and never let our cups sit empty. Food was also amazing kids had 2 orders of mac n cheese with fries , 1 order of grilled cheese with broccoli. We had the loaded fries and wings as apps. For dinner we had Queensland chicken and shrimp , bone in rib eye , and 2 orders of the 6oz filet. All the steaks came out to temperature. I also recommend having the sweet tea. Can’t get this up north.

My wife and I typically have a wonderful experience with Outback on Buckwalter. Unfortunately tonight was ruined by one employee. Overall, my experience was great. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by this short nice woman. Our waiter, Tyler, was okay. What threw us off was the reek of alcohol coming from the bartender as she walked by. My wife mentioned seeing her in the bathroom taking a personal call and cussing around our kids. She was blonde and seemed intoxicated as she was swaying back and forth. We will be returning, I just never want her as our waitress.

Erin provided excellent service, definitely 5 stars for that! She was quick and very responsive. The atmosphere is 4 stars and food only 3 out of 5. For dinner I had the shrimp & chicken pasta, which was a-ok. Hubs had the steak & lobster. His steak was cooked just right but the lobster tail was undercooked. They brought another one out for him but he said it wasn't quite right either. But he was happy with his salad, steak and baked potato. For a chain restaurant, I think overall they are a little better than their competitors.Parking: Plenty of parking out back.

If half of a star was an option, I would’ve chosen that. Worst dining experience I’ve received from a chain restaurant in a long time. It took an hour and a half to get food when they brought the food the shrimp was not cooked properly. The blooming onion was so greasy. It was unappetizing. The fruit that was on the kids entrée was brown and look like it had been sitting in a freezer for a long time the waitress had an attitude. The only good thing about eating. There was the bread and the drinks and that’s barely saying something. I will not be eating there again.
