Not busy, employees seemed as though they would rather be any where but Panera! Sad! Dirty tables, out of certain breads for sandwiches, no paper towels in bathroom, no greeting from anyone when we arrived.

Constantly forget the baguette or bag of chips when going through drive thru. Might as well check your bag every time before driving off.
Not the old Panera Bread. Definitely gone down hill in my opinion.

I ordered a half salad. $8 for a few chunks of the heart of the lettuce, yellow and white. A complete waste of money.

This is unfortunately, the worst Panera I’ve been to. The drive-through employee acted as if I was inconveniencing him by taking my order. He continued to have a bad attitude while reluctantly answering my questions about seasonal specials. Proceeding to the window, where the wait was over 20 minutes to get my food. Then they forgot my drink, so I mentioned I hadn’t revived my drink yet and he actually rolled his eyes at me and went to get it without a word. Very disappointed with my experience at this location. For $40 worth of soup, sandwiches and poor service, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Waited several minutes for anyone to greet me at the drive thru and then get told 15-20 minutes for preparation time. I then ask for my total and get told I'm not at the screen. This chain used to be a Joy to go to, but lately the service and unprofessional staff not treating us as paying customers. I used to get perks and free cookie ect as a reward member now not even offered or asked for my number did something change with operations?
Is this just SC or all chains going downhill.
