Not enough food for the money

Constantly forget the baguette or bag of chips when going through drive thru. Might as well check your bag every time before driving off.

Not the old Panera Bread. Definitely gone down hill in my opinion.

I ordered a half salad. $8 for a few chunks of the heart of the lettuce, yellow and white. A complete waste of money.

This is unfortunately, the worst Panera I’ve been to. The drive-through employee acted as if I was inconveniencing him by taking my order. He continued to have a bad attitude while reluctantly answering my questions about seasonal specials.
Proceeding to the window, where the wait was over 20 minutes to get my food. Then they forgot my drink, so I mentioned I hadn’t revived my drink yet and he actually rolled his eyes at me and went to get it without a word.
Very disappointed with my experience at this location. For $40 worth of soup, sandwiches and poor service, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Women with Purpose

Waited several minutes for anyone to greet me at the drive thru and then get told 15-20 minutes for preparation time. I then ask for my total and get told I'm not at the screen. This chain used to be a Joy to go to, but lately the service and unprofessional staff not treating us as paying customers. I used to get perks and free cookie ect as a reward member now not even offered or asked for my number did something change with operations?

Is this just SC or all chains going downhill.

Everything went exactly as expected, good food, good portion size and very quick service. Highly recommend the value duets.

I love Panera Bread but this particular restaurant needs to be closed. Even though there were 6 or 7 employees visible and some even walking past us, we had to ask could someone please take our order. The ice machines and fountain drinks were not working. The restaurant was filthy. The baguettes were burned. The potato chips were stale. Such a bad experience at a restaurant chain I love.

Was just in for a breakfast sandwich. Waited over 30 minutes. When checked on the order they hadn't even begun to cook the eggs. How long does it take to make a breakfast sandwich? The staff
were just standing around. Wouldn't have even waited that long but was extremely hungry. Asked to speak with the manager and demanded a refund. Finally left in frustration. There were other customers who were also frustrated by the long wait. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. What a disappointment!! Won't be patronizing Panera soon again.

Avoid this restaurant. Waited over 30 minutes for my order to only find out they lost my order. Said they were too busy to try to find order and only offered refund. Not ready to wait another 30 minutes for kinda warm bowl of soup.

When you walk into a place and get greeted by your order taker who's wearing a baseball cap and her hair (dreads) is covering her eyes...... That should be your first sign.
The food is overpriced for what you get and the quality is mediocre at best. It seems to be hit or miss with this place.(more miss then hit)
Probably won't be back.
