Got half a grilled cheese and it was barely cooked, the bread was still soft and it had one small slice of American cheese in the middle. Absolutely inedible! Total waste of money!

I always get lunch here because I work in one of the shops, and today I had the most delicious sandwich ever. It was the toasted garden caprese sandwich. It had lots of dressing and sauces and what not, and nothing was lacking. It was literally the best sandwich I ever had. Please don’t take that sandwich off your menu. It is my favorite sandwich and it is just the best after a long shift. These people know what they’re doing. Thank you.

Not busy, employees seemed as though they would rather be any where but Panera! Sad! Dirty tables, out of certain breads for sandwiches, no paper towels in bathroom, no greeting from anyone when we arrived.

Constantly forget the baguette or bag of chips when going through drive thru. Might as well check your bag every time before driving off.
