Pizza hut is only two miles from my home. Ordered pizza and wings,. Took way to long for the food to get here and it was terrible when finally received it. Ended up throwing it away. Waste of $48.00

I decided to pick up a pizza after a long day from work. I had to miss one of my best friend’s celebration of life because of it. I paid for it inside and asked them to bring it out to my car, where it started to break down into tears, Dre happily brought it out for me and saw me upset and took time to comfort me. I know this isn’t always realistic based on how busy they are; but it means so much that he even asked me. The moral of the story is, be kind, no matter the situation, because you never know what someone is going through. I will return regularly as much as I can. Also the pizza was absolutely delicious.

The service was horrible and I ordered five large pizzas and they said I had to get a medium for 1 It took me an hour and a half when I got there for my food and I did it online so I shouldn't have to wait that long And I ordered extra sauce and did not get it

Absolutely terrible experience from the get go. Greeted with snarky girl working behind the counter, wait almost 1 hour for a pizza and wings and then get charged 53 dollars for a large pizza and 12 wings. The pizza was okay, it was really greasy and all you taste is sauce, the wings on the other hand were horrendous. They were soggy and had no flavor whatsoever. Definitely will never come back.

Did an online order and got to the store to pick up my food and waited 45 minutes after my estimated pick up time for my order to be ready. Staff was friendly but could care less. Won’t be coming back.

Ordered at 605, told 25 mins. Went in at 630 not even cooking yet. 15-20 people in there waiting. Just got pizza at 726.Never again!
Expect a long time for your order, I waited 40 minutes inside the store for 2 sets of wings that should have already been done.

Ordered online as ready in 14 minutes you arrive to be picked up you ask about the order and they don't answer anything they are in a bad mood and you have to wait an hour and for them to not have the order ready this place is useless????

Placed an order through the app. Arrived to pick it up and the doors were locked and the lights were off. Called the store, no answer. Had to go through corporate customer service to try to get my money back. When you're competing with so many other pizza joints around, be better. Won't return to Pizza Hut.

Update your hours. There is absolutely no reason for them to have online orders still taking money if the store isn't open. Had to call a separate location to even figure out what was going on. Unprofessional to just take orders and take the money. No reason for it to have allowed us to order from a store that's closed despite that the app allowed us to and Google says the store is open. Pretty aggravating situation.

I won’t lie the food is really good here but the service is terrible. i’ll understand if the guys are short staffed but the fact i ordered carry out that was supposed to be ready in 14 minutes and it took more than an hour just for an employee to even ask me what i wanted is crazy. Really ruined my dinner tonight.
