I placed an order online. Went to pick it up. Store was closed. Friday at 4:45. Two of us were there outside the store. Lights were off. Doors locked.

Honestly, I don't know why this location is open. For almost a month now, if you try to order a large origional hand tossed pizza on the app, the option is disabled. Only thin crust, tavern crust, and the upcharged Origional pan pizza crust options are available. Many times before other food options as well have been consistently disabled on the app for long periods of time for this specific location. If I really want pizza hut, ill go to the burnt church location.

Placed my order online at 11:30am and got to the store after my confirmation email said my pizza was ready. The door was locked and no one was inside. When I called, the man on the phone said they were not open and I explained to him that I had ordered a pizza and he said that my card wouldn’t be charged. Business hours clearly state 10 AM on the door and the website allowed me to order the pizza. I understand staffing is tough right now, but the location should not have allowed orders if they were closed.

They refused to deliver .. 1.7 miles to my door. If they lie about delivery in website, what else they lying about. The world has changed to just crap. I called 5 pizza parlors with delivery spelled out. All within 3.5 miles, all declined to deliver. No stars, none

First, I want to say that the team that works the counter here are mostly wonderful! The ones that aren't tend to not last long. We go to this location and they know me by name.......Service is usally outstanding other than the typical no-shows that tend to happen more often now.
The reason for my 4-star rating in Service and atmosphere is due to the lack of management at this store. These employees seem to be doing the best they can without a lot of guidance from upper management. I believe this team only needs the care of a good manager to be elite. Get rid of the bad apples on the team and focus on the great ones!!

Pizza hut is only two miles from my home. Ordered pizza and wings,. Took way to long for the food to get here and it was terrible when finally received it. Ended up throwing it away. Waste of $48.00
I decided to pick up a pizza after a long day from work. I had to miss one of my best friend’s celebration of life because of it. I paid for it inside and asked them to bring it out to my car, where it started to break down into tears, Dre happily brought it out for me and saw me upset and took time to comfort me. I know this isn’t always realistic based on how busy they are; but it means so much that he even asked me. The moral of the story is, be kind, no matter the situation, because you never know what someone is going through. I will return regularly as much as I can. Also the pizza was absolutely delicious.

The service was horrible and I ordered five large pizzas and they said I had to get a medium for 1 It took me an hour and a half when I got there for my food and I did it online so I shouldn't have to wait that long And I ordered extra sauce and did not get it
