Delicious, fast, and extremely nice employees! One employee (forgot the name I'm so sorry, sweet girl though) let us order a bit after closing (sorry), but very kind she was!

Wow! What a fantastic custard shop! When you enter this one-of-a-kind wonderland, you are transported to a world of confectionary wonderment unparalleled on this side of heaven. There are a few moments I will remember for the rest of my life: the birth of my children, the New England Patriots winning Super Bowl LI, and my inaugural trip to this Bluffton gem. I wish I could give this place 6...nay...7 Stars! Well done!!

Rita’s is the only place I get ice cream from when I’m visiting Bluffton!! The best frozen custard I’ve ever had and the milkshakes are delicious. The owner Doug and the rest of the team members are super nice as well. I would go every day if I could!

This is my happy place. After a long day at work, a custard treat brightens my day. I’m a huge custard fan, and Rita’s by far has the best product. This location in general is my spot. Doug (he must be the GM?) is always incredibly friendly and hospitable (which is hard to find these days). Kind team members as well.

I’m a simple vanilla shake guy. Can’t go wrong with it.

My absolute favorite place to stop for a sweet treat! The custard is always fabulous, and I love the mango ice! The workers are always so attentive and friendly as well. The park across the street is lovely as well. 10/10 best spot in town for a sweet treat.

We love love love Rita’s! Go multiple times a week. Always have kind staff even when they are busy. Nice sense of community and many lovely conversations outside while waiting for our ice. We even catered my daughter’s bday and it was the star of the party- kids and adults enjoyed. Def choose over cupcakes.

I love Rita's! I've been many times and still plan to go back, but this last time I had a little issue. I wanted a topping (sprinkles) and was told it would be an additional charge that is totally fine. I thought it would be like 50 cents but no $1.40 which was a bit much for sprinkles but it was fine. When I got my layered custard/italian ice there was only sprinkles on top not layered through out. I asked for a bit more sprinkles on the side and was told I'd have to pay an additional $1.40 which I was not going to do. So I enjoyed my sweet treat with less sprinkles than I wanted even though I'd payed over a dollar for sprinkles. I guess my question is why are ya’ll so stingy with the sprinkles??

Side note: The vanilla custard somehow tasted like unsweetened whip cream (not the best). I normally get the gelati blender where the Italian ice is blended with custard it's fantastic I think I'll stick to that next time! I highly recommend Jeremiah's Italian ice as well! So much better! No additional charge when I asked for sprinkles at Jeremiah's not to mention way cheaper and tastier! I still love Ritas and will be returning just trying to give an honest review!! Sorry Ritas!
Service wasn't bad and ambiance is nice it's outdoor and across from a big park and field.

Good ice cream, too bad I couldn’t get some or the 20 other people outside waiting because they close at 9 all of a sudden. Made a kid cry bc wouldn’t serve 11 min past 9 ?? Called twice to confirm hours & was hung up on twice. They apparently heard echos both times but their voices were clear so I don’t know.

Not the first time I’ve encountered bad service here unfortunately, hopefully they go back to closing at 10
