Good ice cream, too bad I couldn’t get some or the 20 other people outside waiting because they close at 9 all of a sudden. Made a kid cry bc wouldn’t serve 11 min past 9 ?? Called twice to confirm hours & was hung up on twice. They apparently heard echos both times but their voices were clear so I don’t know.
Not the first time I’ve encountered bad service here unfortunately, hopefully they go back to closing at 10

I enjoyed a dragon fruit blender, formerly known as a misto. My husband enjoys a grape nerd Blender. I was tempted to have a pumpkin treat because pumpkin ice cream and tasty treats!!! I decided to wait and come back. See you next time! I always love this place!!! They have more ice cream flavors!!!

Brown haired girl at the window def made me and my partners day! We’re EMS and we don’t come to Bluffton often, but we had just dropped a patient off and decided to get something cold before heading back to Charleston, we came to Rita’s and the girl at the window was absolutely the sweetest! Couldn’t have had a better experience! We def will be back! ?
