We had an outstanding dinner at River House for Thanksgiving. We have eaten there multiple times and each time have had a great experience and meal. Thanksgiving was no dinner. We were seated promptly in a nice table with a window and fireplace! The view of Riverhouse over the May river is lovely at sun down. We enjoyed a celebratory birthday dinner at River House, and overall the meal was fantastic—slightly overpriced, but still truly memorable. Our server did a great job answering all of our questions; he was attentive without being overbearing and really helped make the evening enjoyable.

We started with the rolls, which I believe were peach-flavored. They were so good that I wanted more than one, but I was determined to save room for everything else.

This is not just sitting down for a meal, this is an experience all in itself. The customer service is top notch. The food, presentation, flavor and quality are exceptional.
