Saigon Cafe is hands down my favorite spot for pho! I've been there so many times, and each visit is better than the last. The pho is absolutely delicious, with a rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles. It's always so satisfying and flavorful.

But that's not all! Their mango boba is also a must-try! It's refreshing and the perfect complement to their savory dishes. The boba pearls are just the right texture, and the mango flavor is spot on.

Overall, Saigon Cafe is a fantastic restaurant. The food is consistently amazing, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I can't recommend it enough!

I mean look at the pic of the noodles they make their food with LOVE!! <3

We got take out. Something has gone wrong. It used to be good. This was bland, tasteless. The vegetables were so overcooked they were mush. They need to fire the cook.

I don’t think we will come back. We ordered pho, sweet and sour soup and spicy shrimps with lemon grass. All three dishes were too sweet. Also it was Very hot inside the building.

We had high hopes. The service was quite good, but the food was not well seasoned. The spring rolls were greasy, and the roast pork tasted like it had been held too long. Very disappointing.

The fish sauce recipe changed from years ago but I still enjoyed the Pho & Thai Tea with Bobba!

Extensive menu with lots to choose from. Best noodles in Bluffton. The kids love it. The fried dumplings are a must try!

Disappointed. It must have changed owners since I was last there a couple years ago. It used to be my favorite place for Pho. Their extensive Belgian beer list was fun and the owner was very friendly. Last week 3 out of 4 dishes we ordered were bland and slightly overcooked. The spicy crispy chicken was neither. I won’t be going back.

Not an authentic Vietnamese Restaurant. Large size Pho is the same size as a regular vermicelli bowl (small for a large size). Broth was okay but not as flavorful as authentic Vietnamese Pho. The wrong noodle was used for the vermicelli dish. It’s the type of noodle one would use to make stir fried noodles. They didn’t make adequate effort to “soften” the noodle and so the vermicelli was hard to chew. The grilled meat has red food color dye like chinese meat more than Vietnamese. Spring rolls and egg rolls are only available as 1 roll per dish instead of 2 rolls/dish like other Vietnamese restaurants.

This restaurant was SO good! Amazing, fresh food and a lot of food for the money. Will be back next time I am in Bluffton!

Best Vietnamese food around. Beef pho is fantastic and has good depth of flavor, I think the portion of the size is a touch lacking. Also there lunch specials are unbeatable for price and quantity of food

The fried rice is the best I've had since I moved to the south. Lemongrass chicken and fried egg roll were delicious also. Definitely a new must when I'm in the area.
