The selection is good, and customer service is great. I wish they had more chocolate-based flavors, though. Only giving a 3 because the milkshakes are basically a cup of milk with a little but of ice cream in it.

Flavors are delicious!! Ordered 2 scoops and it looks like 4 or so. Blueberry Cheesecake has to be one of my favorites thus far. The hot fudge towards the end of the night is a little thick, but that's personal taste. Employees are nice and helpful. This is one of the only late-night dessert places to go to in the area.

My daughters and I love Scoops! It’s a locally owned ice cream shop and they make all their ice cream. Every flavor we have tried is delicious! They also have tons of cute options for kids to make it even more special for them. This is by far our new fav ice cream spot in Bluffton!

Jill with Scoops Cafe is a fun place for you and your child to do a little bonding. There ice cream is homemade and taste great. Jill made our son's birthday cake it looked amazing and taste great. I would recommend for all of Bluffton to try Scoops Cafe.
From personality of the owner Jill to the tastiness of the HOMEMADE ice cream, this cafe is perfect for a pre or post movie desert as it is conveniently located next to the movie theater on Buckwalter. Great for families. Fun, fantastic, professional, and clean.
