Kendall was absolutely wonderful to meet and absolutely had her shi together, she made all the drinks with no book and made them right to the tea !! I heavily appreciate your working all alone with such a positive attitude with soo many people to cater to alone!! Props to Kendall she’s a wonderful barista and deserves all the gratitude a customer can give :)Vegetarian options: Very good that things can be made separate :) very grateful as my best friend is vegetarian, so it allowed her to eat who we she wants :)

Ordered on mobile at 7:55am. The app said the order would be ready at 8:05. Not only was it not ready. I was not given my order for another 10 minutes. There is no reason one order takes 20 Minutes! People plan ahead for a reason. Either someone needs to update the app with correct wait times or they need to start prioritizing the mobile orders. It was absolutely ridiculous.

I love our local Starbucks, and their staff is top-notch. Despite always being very busy, employees are very kind, polite, and greet you with a smile. Can't say I'm a big fan of the new remodel, though. I feel like it makes the atmosphere cold and unwelcoming.

Very slow. I was third in line. I walked into Starbucks at 6:20 and left at 7:05. I wouldn’t return. I didn’t dine in or anything. There was two workers. One on their phone the whole time and didn’t help while the girl was extremely slow.

Well, another day they close early at 3:00. If they’re ever open either the order ahead is shut down. Or if it’s available…you have to sit in the drive through to pick it up; which defeats the purpose of order ahead.

This store continues to stay closed to go inside. Went to target one which is open. Not everyone wants drive thru. This is where Starbucks became such an iconic brand. As a cafe. Now it’s a big drive thru window Kurig.

Apparently they close whenever they want. Hours are until 9:00 pm, but closed at 8:25 pm with all lights still on.

some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. very rude worker this morning. very cranky and did not want to be there. not helpful at all whatsoever. rushed me to order. will never get coffee from this store again.
