The food is still okay. The atmosphere is okay, but their coffee and drinks and service has gone straight down the toilet at all of them. They may as well close down

I tried the new lavender matcha and it was so good. I do wish I'd stirred it well before I drank it. The creamy oatmilk layer was SO good, but mixed in throughout would have been even better. The staff was fast and efficient.

WHOEVER WAS WORKING ON 2/5/2024 at around 6:30pm maybe a little later IS SO AMAZING. SO SWEET. SO KIND. I HOPE SHES GETTING PAID WELL OR GETTING A RAISED. She was so nice and welcoming. When I enter a Starbucks environment they’re usually rude in the afternoon but this LADY WAS SO NICE AND MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED. I appreciate that so much. She greeted me with a smile, made my drink quick, and never gave me an attitude. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but I want you to know you’re so so amazing !! Thank you for making me day. WE NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HER!!! I will get your name if I see you again and update this review!! But she was working ALONE!

Paid for Caramel Frappuccino extra caramel add chocolate drizzle and two extra shots of expresso well only had little caramel on top of whip cream and hardly any chocolate drizzle maybe two small small lines on top of whip cream paid 9.23 for it well have to say what a disappointment it was feel as if I just threw my money down the tube for nothing. Thanks starbucks another store that gives little for my money .

The coffee is very good as always, but the service on Sunday afternoons is the next worst thing..... Terrible..... A boy with glasses and long hair, with a very bad attitude, can't be ignored. listen and very bad disposition.....
