I placed an order online, and my card was successfully charged. However, the restaurant refused to prepare the order, claiming that it did not go through on their end. Despite this, my bank account clearly shows that the payment was processed and the app shows the order as well.
The clerk contacted the owner, Raji (if I have the name correct), to confirm the situation. I was informed that the owner instructed staff not to proceed with the order and to cancel the service entirely.
I am very disappointed with how this matter was handled. I expect an immediate resolution—either the prompt fulfillment of my order or a full refund. Please address this issue as soon as possible.

Not an individual that likes to leave bad reviews but this location was awful. Zero customer service, two workers were on their phones watching videos while making sandwiches and had a terrible attitude. They acted as if I was causing an inconvenience by coming to order one sub. No communication, just pointing and nodding, and no responses when they were talked to. Poor quality/old looking food, probably because they have an attitude and laziness problem with swapping out ingredients and actually doing their jobs. Spend a little more money and go next door to Publix for a sub.

Went in and the person working looked pissed off that we were there. Had a terrible attitude and mumbled the whole time, gave me the wrong cheese when I asked for a different cheese. Was on the phone the whole time we were there, with earbuds in. Didn't even get my receipt so I couldn't get their name.

5 stars for the young man who made our sandwiches! He had his hair bleached but I did not get his name. He was so kind from his heart, and put so much care into our sandwiches. Could tell he is walking with the Lord just by the way he conducted himself, and the cross and bracelets he was wearing only confirmed it. Would give ten stars if possible!

Do NOT order the tuna sub. It was literally grey I didn’t even eat it. I should have said something but they aren’t the friendliest their Place is not the cleanest either. Sorry can’t recommend
