While visiting Bluffton to see my grandfather, all we had time for our first night was to pick up sandwiches from Subway. While not gourmet or unique under any circumstances, this particular location met our needs, but did not exceed them. Our sandwiches were just fine, although the avocado (as kinda to be expected) was less than stellar. Moreover, for likely the first time ever, I noticed this Subway didn’t have ANY barbecue potato chips to grab off the stand…like, what!? Improve the avocado and add BBQ chips, and this outpost will hold its own among a slew of more modern, up-and-coming regional chains and local joints.

The employees have no personality and act as if you're bothering them to order a sub. I don't ever expect greatness walking into any subway but the vibe at this location isn't worth returning to.

Store hours are until 10pm. At 910pm they said they can only make ham or turkey sandwiches. Everything else was already put away for the evening.

The store was empty. We stood five minutes without even being acknowledged that we were there. The girl was right in front of us but did not even acknowledge we were there! She just continued to just put bread away. She never at any point asked us if she could help us! I wish I would’ve got her name! We walked out without buying anything.

One of the best Subway sandwich shops you can visit. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Not something you find anymore. This feels like a Subway from the past where you could sit down and enjoy a sub with the family.

We purchased three sandwiches. The bread on two of our sandwiches was rock solid and difficult to bite through. We ended up eating the toppings and leaving the bread in the trash.
Rude, beligerante staff. Barking out demands for us to decide what we wanted, interrupting us constantly while ordering and miserable scowling faces.Made us extremely uncomfortable and all we could wait for was to leave that placeWorst experience at a subway in many countries I've visited

I am normally a defender of subway. I think it is fine for the price, and I know how to order a good sandwich from here. Tonight, though, I pulled up to this Subway after son's baseball practice at 8:45pm. As I am walking up, the girl sweeping the floors turns the open sign off and locks the door. It's 845pm, they are supposed to be open till 10pm according to their door. Either way, the girls working February 2nd, 2023, should be ashamed of themselves.

Food was quick. But the woman was extremely rude behind the register! I told her this was the first time back in years & I was not aware what came with a combo children meal . She got frustrated with me an and actually stepped away from the register and too a breath!

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Please do not eat here I wish I could give it 0 stars. It was the absolute worst food I have eaten. I took one bite and threw it away. The bread was stale, the meat was gooey, and the owner skimped out on everything. This food was horrible
