I was somewhat disappointed. I arrived and was sat quickly by a nice hostess and they took my order in a reasonable amount of time, but that’s where the customer service ended.
I waited over a half hour before anybody even checked on me again to refill my drink and I finally had to ask if my meal was coming soon.
I ordered the cheese Steak Supreme. It was OK, but it was obvious it had been sitting for a while before served because it was lukewarm warm at best. The fries were good and hot. So, I’m guessing the kitchen didn’t drop them in time while my sandwich got cold. Also, the “thinly sliced” steak was definitely more chunks than cut.
Overall, neither the food or the experience was worthy of the price.

Cheese Steak Supreme: looked good until we tried to figure out what the "thinly sliced tender steak" was. I hoped it was hamburger, but it looked more like pressed meat. The pizza was paper thin, and although the sauce tasted good, we paid $4 for onion topping which was sparingly on the pizza. Not good pizza, scary sandwich, Not going back for sure.

Upper Crust restaurant in Okatie, SC. is Always Outstanding with my order. The Pizza was amazing!!! The service from the waitress (Ms. Jackie ) is Always Above and Beyond great. The Friendly staff (Heather) was a delight. The Owner is always asking how’s everything and checking on you. (Great Customer Service). I always enjoy every visit here. I will continue to eat lunch here and continue telling my friends to visit. L.J.

This was the worst pizza I have had in 30 years. $27 for the smallest large pizza in the world. The pizza had large areas without cheese and no crust. I should have walked out without the pizza.
