Spent 43$ got home and didn’t have a 13$ order of fries. Called got put on hold and now no one answers. Imagine that.

Awful experience food took forever and the chicken didn’t look right. They also forgot multiple items in my order. Didn’t even include a fork or dressing for the salad. Worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to, low quality & horrible service. Will never eat there again.

Fast and convenient drive through expensive I’ve ever received at a fast food chain smiles on face. I will be back

We ordered 2 Zax snack meals inside dining and it took an hour!!! Everyone behind us received their meals. After asking about our order they said they were still working on it. Individuals after us ordered the same and got their meals in an appropriate time. This is extremely unprofessional and we will never be returning.

We got the big zax snak. Everything is super salty other than the walmart sliced bread that you get with the meal. You get one sauce and 3 tenders with a bunch fries. Zaxby sauce is just taste like ketchup and mayo...not worth it. Rasing cane is a much better alternative.

Love Zaxby food, but why is the Shrimp no longer on the menu, tacos were great too and they are gone. Also, management needs to address this location to see why it is so cold in the restaurant plus every fan is on high. When it is 90 deg outside I shouldn't have to wear a coat to eat inside!

Very long wait in drive through. Got chicken with fries and slaw. Not given - napkins, fork or spoon, and ketchup. Wanted a quick meal I could eat on the go. Neither happened.
