Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Cold food. Asked for chicken fajita and got chicken bacon ranch. Very sloppy and a waste of money.

Great service food is always good but if you have a decent sized truck the drive thru is very tight

First time having Zaxbys a shot in over 20 years and it’s just reminded me of why I stopped going. Family wanted to get salads so I ordered wings as a test case. Their salads were large but looked wilted. My wings were pathetic. All of them were small but one was literally half sized of the other bitty ones. Like weirdly miniature when they were just as much as any local bar. And stone cold and chewy. 20 years wasn’t long enough, never again.

Cashier up from was rude for no reason and the music is so loud you can not hear anything all I was trying to do was ask for a sauce and order food and she had an attitude for no reason

One order, not what we ordered. Chicken tenders were more like chicken jerky. Colder than a witch’s heart in there. Don’t mind paying 70 dollars for 4 people if we were to get what we paid for. Worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. Don’t waste your time or money. Needs a new manager. That’s all you. Your people are as good as you are!

40 minutes waiting for simple order it’s too much !!!

Ordered online for pickup in store. Food was there 5 minutes after ordering, so thumbs up for that. Ordered Zax's sauce instead of ranch, got ranch, thumbs down. Wings and fries were both cold, thumbs down! Inside of restaurant was pretty trashed at 645 PM. Would not eat at restaurant, and based on this order for $27+ will not be back to Zaxby's here in Bluffton!

Ordered so-called new zalad, but ingredients were missing. I saw commercials 10 times a day and was disappointed. What's so hard having all ingredients in 2 salad for $22 and missing the fried strips.

Zaxby’s y’all got me OPEN.!!!!!! I’m traveling coming back through the Southern States. I stopped at Zaxby’s in GA last week and went to Zaxby’s in Pooler /Port Wentworth .
Well baby traveling back up North I stopped at Zaxby’s in I think it was Oakatie and the staff just as Amazing as Ga staff .!!❤️❤️❤️
