STEER CLEAR!The epitome of bad customer service. Management told us we should have looked on their league page to know if the public was allowed to bowl… despite the main page saying we were good to go with hours and pricing listed. The seven families inside, who all drive over 30 minutes each, were told they should have called.I’d also like contact from ownership regarding the technician who had tools spread recklessly all over the game room floor.

The ONLY reason I didn’t give this place a one star was because the manager. And we do like coming here. I understand pricing ect but honestly one ranch cup for 10 boneless wings isn’t it for me. I had to sit on her response for a minute too, because what?!? Like okay as if I didn’t ask for ranch when I first ordered. Make sure you ask for EXTRA >key word<

Have been here multiple times and enjoyed the arcade as well as the bowling alleys. Service was great and no complaints. However, I found that I got bored of the games rather quickly and I usually don't find a lot of fun in the arcade.I don't know what could be changed so that my attention span holds for longer, but it's fun for the first twenty minutes.

Website says they have open bowling from 5pm-close on Wednesday. Pull up and they tell me they are about to have a league and won't have any lanes till 9:30 how y'all got a bowling alley with only 24 lanes or somethin like that. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Loved the arcade, and the whole place, nice environment and people. Just one thing was not optimum bowling lanes were too fool and we had to wait for some time. But everyone had a lot of fun!!!

We go for Thursday night Trivia, and it's a great time! Our server, Becca, is fabulous! She is attentive, polite, and offers great food and beverage suggestions.
Delightful place. Fun with the family, nice staff, prices were good as well.

Loved the atmosphere here. The bowling balls were arranged by weight. The scoring was automatic, which made it super easy. The staff was super friendly. Arcade was amazing. Lots of games. I will return.
