“I walked in to an empty store. A minute or 2 later a girl comes in from the parking lot at 4:30 today. She doesn't say a word. She walks over & puts gloves on....I asked her aren't you going to wash your hands? She takes her gloves off and walks to the sink with ATTITUDE. She never said a word! So neither did I when I left without ordering. Customer service is HORRIBLE“

“This is honestly the ONLY Subway I come to in the area, and every single time I walk in, I have a great experience. The store is always clean, the food is fresh and fully stocked, and everything looks like it’s actually prepared with. The staff is always professional, pleasant, and efficient—no wasted time, no attitude, no making you feel like you’re asking for too much. I can customize my order how I want and still feel completely comfortable doing it. And the atmosphere is something I really appreciate too. It’s calm, not chaotic, and I never feel rushed or overwhelmed while I’m there.
