“As we were traveling home from Surfside beach, we stopped at this Subway to grab a bite to eat. The staff here is SO GREAT! And there was one employee that stood out. Her name is Jai and her customer service is on another level. Of all of my years of eating at any subway, I have never had an experience as great as the one I had today. Jai is attentive and was able to notice my non verbal cues when taking my order. She was patient with me and served us with a great smile! I wish we lived closer just to get that type of service more often. She is a shining star and I hope her management team knows how great of employee they have. Thank you Jai for all that you do.“

“L♡VE a good ole "Chic Burger" & some french fries w/ a cup of gravy, to dip 'em in & a refreshing pink lemonade to wash it all down!! ??The fried corn puff nuggets, fried mushrooms ? & fried pickles are Ahhh-MAZING!! “I went at about 1:15pm today and even though the fryers weren't working, the service was amazing, the burgers were delicious, and the two women at the drive-thru both need a promotion and a raise! They were friendly, professional, explained what was going on with grace (even their order screen went black on top of the kitchen problems!) while being so sweet to us that we didn't even care we couldn't get french fries! If you're in the area, go eat here or pick something up at the drive-thru. You won't be sorry!! Much love y'all- most aren't as nice as y'all when everything is running smoothly❤️“

“The 2 gentlemen that oversee this store truly care about your experience and their commitment to making it the best it can be. I have personally dealt with both a few different times and there is clearly a raised level of care compared to other district managers in the area. The store itself is also always clean!

The staff interactions really depend on the day and what shift you are interacting with. Some of them act like you are an inconvenience for being there and others are happy to see you. It's a toss up, but not one that stops me from going to that store. The fries are always crispy, and we all know thats the most important part 🤣“

“They are getting better and trying to improve on service and they hit it great this time. The food was nice and hot and made correctly as we had several changes to the items. We had 4 different orders and they were all very good...from burgers to salads to chili cheese fries. We had a variety. With the coupons in the app, this is very affordable and great food for the cost.“
