I'm not critical but that was the best service and the best burger I've had at a Burger King in years. To the manager, I am told is Jonathan, and to the lady cashier, I am told, is Kayla. “We stopped for a light meal and for my husband to jump on a 'Teams' call. I was so impressed!! Restaurant was clean and staff was always out tending to the dining area. I was helped by a young man who I found out it was his first day! He was confident, so polite and asked several times if I needed anything.
I was super impressed by him and the manager/owner! The manager/owner was positive yet direct in giving instructions. His words were kind in the teaching moment and made sure the employee knew why the steps were important. There was a correction to be made but it was done with the intent of understanding and how to correct moving forward! Again- so positive!!! You can tell his leadership has made an impact! The store ran with true teamwork effort! I used the kiosk to order and found out you can order a side of bacon too!!! Did not know that and so happy to add that as another McDonalds favorite!!! So thank you for a midday snack, solid WiFi and a great experience!!!“
