About Steel Hands Brewing

Steel Hands Brewing offers a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The friendly staff provide good service, frequently coming by to clear tables and ensure guests are comfortable. The brewery features a variety of beer options, including the Steele Hands Pecan Brown, Irish Red, Mexican Stout, and Triad Belgian, each with unique flavors that many customers praise. Beers are highly appreciated, especially the hazy IPA and a Kolsch or Juicy IPA, which are considered some of the best in the area. The venue is dog-friendly, making it a great spot to relax and socialize with friends and pets. The outdoor patio is very comfortable, with plenty of room and a nice view of industry and trains. While the food prices are on the higher side and sandwiches are overpriced without sides, the menu includes popular items like sandwiches, burgers, and the giant artichoke dip stuffed pretzel. Some customers found the smash burger a bit overcooked or not seasoned enough, but still tasty, and enjoyed the chips and pretzel. Overall, the cozy atmosphere and good beer make it an enjoyable place to visit, especially for those looking to unwind with friends.

Great place to hang out with friends and family, see a band, great beers obviously, great food, #dogfriendly, and world class service. The hospitality for us vendors is top notch. We love being a patron and a vendor at SHB. When in Greensboro, NC, please check out Steel Hands Brewing Greensboro! Recently opened!! Greensboro is lucky to have SHB!!

Thank you!

I’m only rating the food as I don’t drink.
The pretzel didn’t come with the mustard as described because they ran out of it. The server offered to comp it and ring up something else but my Brother in Law said it was okay he would just eat it with the beer cheese which had a good flavor in my opinion.
The bang bang shrimp was disgusting it was over fried and the shrimp had a weird texture. We all 3 tried it and agreed. This is one of the reasons for a 4...read full review
