This is the worst zaxbys I have ever eaten at. The place was dirty to begin with and the food was almost all inedible. I'm not one to write reviews but it was that bad. The man working the register was very nice. That was the only nice thing. the fried food all tasted liked there was something burning in the fry oil. It didn't look burnt but it tasted like when you burn the bottom of a pot of rice and it ruins all the rice. It was that taste exactly. It smelled like that before...read full review
me and my husband was talked over and hung up on!! what happened to customer service my food was thrown in the box wrong under old food!!! fries was hard and no bread manager wouldn't even listen I don't appreciate being hung up on and my money is spent for nothing I will not eat this trash
