We all complain when its bad but don't take the time to let them know when its good. So I am taking the time out to let the Knox Abbott location know I so appreciate the meal I received through the drive through today. Everything was perfect! I got the biggy bag to watch my budget and everything was perfect, hot and crispy fries, hot and crispy nuggets, and what tasted like a truly old fashioned burger that was still warm after getting cold lettuce and tomatoes on it. Register lady wasn't very nice but maybe she had a bad day
One of the employees told me her name and her name was lamona really sweet girl I'm a regular customer every time I come in the Drive-Thru she always greets me with a smile every time I come in she's always working hard working to her best ability and I think they need to promote her she's the best at her job sometimes the boy manager is hard on her but she manages to get through it☺

Wendy's restaurant offers good food, with some exceptions. The atmosphere and service are generally great, especially at the drive-through, where the staff is friendly and efficient. Many customers have enjoyed meals like chicken BLT, nuggets with fries, and coke. However, the JBC burgers can be cold with some bad lettuce and tomatoes. The french fries are sometimes only a tiny bit warm. The manager is polite and will try to replace a bad order. The staff, including the manager Ms. Renee, provides superb performance and will quickly apologize and make things right. The food was good, with the nuggets and fries being fresh, but the preparedness needs some work. Overall, a great choice!
