Wendy's restaurant offers good food, with some exceptions. The service was great at the drive-through, with a friendly and efficient staff. However, there were some issues with the new Buffalo saucy nugs, with one reviewer receiving a ghost pepper sauce instead of the expected Buffalo sauce. The restrooms were generally clean, but one customer found a roach in the urinal. Overall, the restaurant has potential, but needs to improve on some aspects.
