Been twice, prices I believe are more than fair for the food, drinks are a little high. Service has always been incredible, feels just like the warm Mexican restaurant from your hometown.

We visited Clemson to help our daughter move into her new house with her fiancée. While there, we had a fabulous dinner at El Jimador Viejo. The food was flavorful and served in a timely manner after we placed our order. The restaurant was charming and unique. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the music, and the food.

In 2020 I had an ischemic stroke resulting in loss of appetite. I went from 260# to 87 in 6 months. I felt weak and miserable.
One year ago, I started eating lunch here. I’ve gained 30 pounds and grateful for this restaurant for assisting me with this effort. The staff recognizes me, knows my past orders, rituals, and this is truly a comfort & blessing.
