This is my new favorite place in Charleston now. The restaurant is so cute and cozy. The service is amazing and the food is even better. I ordered the crab Rangoon roll and I would 10/10 recommend. The noodle were so good and their bao buns are so yummy!
A “purest” sushi bar - It’s not all sushi, as we shared Lobster Bao, Pork Bao, Soft shell crab roll, and Toro nigiri. Their menu is short and excludes the “tourist fare” of California rolls, etc. The menu board posts what fish is available that day – and it is fresh. Nice selection of sakes, too.
I’m relatively new to Charleston and only tried a handful of sushi restaurants and coming from California I wasn’t impressed…until I tried 167 Sushi!!! 🍣 By far the best sushi I’ve had in this town exceeding my expectations in every way. I’m guessing the 1 star reviews were because they couldn’t find a seat which is silly to review poorly when you need to just come on an off time. Took us 10 minutes to sit down on a Thursday night.
