Was there a month ago and after reading reviews I now know why the experience is what it is. Food was ok and we ate in. The sauces were all empty except catsup. Ask the people why and they could not be bothered. She gave us packets instead. Avoiusly the owner of this location is absent. Shame on the owner not the employees.

Steak Bites TV ad enticed me to give it a try using the new UberEats+ thru Amazon. I ordered the 9 piece cup hoping for the juicy nuggets shown in the ad and the promised savings thru Amazon's UberEats+ program. I also ordered fries and the Greek Gyrp with which had provided a tasty lunch previously. Here's what I found. The Steak Bites were NOT juicy, they were overcooked and dried out. The UberEats+ savings is smoke and mirrors as the online price was higher in each case of the posted price on store. In all, the fries and Gyro did not disappoint. Everything else did. I will not be using the deceptive UberEats+ app again. Nor will I buy Arby's Steak Bites again.

I don’t go to fast food places lot because they disappoint and I decided to try again and it’s like they took an old sandwich in microwave and gave it to me. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve worked in kitchen and I know when things are done wrong. It’s just gross that I can’t just get good food and then I have to wait 10 minutes when there’s two people in front of me. Why can’t we make things better?

Horrible! Worst Arby’s in Charleston! The best thing there is the young man at the drive thru! I truly believe this location is privately owned!

I couldn't be more disappointed. I get the French dip every so often, but usually at the Summerville location. These people gave me 3 pieces of roast beef with melted cheese on a hotdog bun and said "yeah this'll do". Unacceptable. Fries and mozz sticks tasted like they were made an hour ago. First time at this location, will absolutely be the last

Just awful. No ice!? What kind of restaurant doesn't have ice. Old lady behind the counter seemed as though she was on drugs. Dining room was dirty. Not cup lids, no hamburger patties. Got the fish which was very old

The food at Arby's was fantastic flavorful and well prepared. However, the service was slow and the waiter was a bit rude, which affected the overall experience. Great food, but the service could use some improvement.
