Delicious Brunch at Azur. I ordered the Croquet Madame and the salmon crêpe. Both dishes were well executed and properly balanced. The Croquet Madame had good structure, a correctly cooked egg, and a clean, rich flavor without excess.
The salmon crêpe was light and precise, with good-quality salmon and a thin crêpe that didn’t overpower the filling. Portions were appropriate for brunch. Prices are in line with the quality, and the space is well decorated...
