Had the worst experience ever. Older lady who took my order today, 3/23/2024, was extremely rude. She's definitely the bad apple of your crew. After taking my order, she made me feel uncomfortable and then went to the back to make my food while eating. There was another young girl standing next to her, watching me, so I'm pretty sure something was done to my food. My husband and I just walked out. I'll be back for a refund after she leaves because she was scaring my 8-year-old with her hateful looks and stares. Can't believe you're still open with service like this. I'm a local and in town showing my family a good time for our Saturday vacation and the mood your company just put my family in is awful!!!!!Respond to Andrew: it most definitely just happened and I saw not one male working. One younger white girl, older lady (extremely rude and eating while preparing food after handling cash) and a younger girl working next to older lady taking orders. If you’re sitting in your office watch your surveillance if you have it I’d say we were in around maybe 9:30 am. Ordered the hash bagel, plan bagel with cream cheese, cinnamon bun and one other bagel ( didn’t pay attention to what my husband ordered bc I was floored w the lady’s attitude) water and orange juice ) Not a very professional way to respond to a customer that was just treated so poorly at your place of business.

The girls at the counter are so nice and helpful. I've never been here before and they helped me pick out the best bagel for me and which bagel should go on. Their selection of sandwiches both for breakfast and lunch are quite large. I got the southern bell, and it was the perfect combination of spice with melted cheese. The only thing I would change would be the amount of meat. I don't think that there was enough sausage for how large the bagel was. I paired it with an everything bagel, and the crunchy salty ratio was just right!

Zero stars customer services from the kitchen!!! My boyfriend and I attempted to get sandwiches from here this morning. And by attempted I mean we ended up leaving without any food. After 30mins of waiting we asked when our food was going to come up and the lady who was taking care of the kitchen couldn’t find our order. Then after being told by the cashier that we had been waiting for so long and still didn’t get anything. We waited another 15mins before the lady running the kitchen said our order must have been submitted wrong…we ordered in the store and did not have an online order. The cashier was nice enough to give us a refund but we left without any food.

Solid bagel location...probably one of the OG's. New bagel places are popping up left and right here in Charleston so I hope this one sticks around. They have a variety of breakfast and lunch bagels. I got here when they were close to closing, but the service was very fast. There is a good amount of seating, indoors and outside. although there's two locations in the Charleston area, it does not have a chain store vibe.

Decent bagel place that's become gathering slow on James Island, with a line out the door on weekends. Extensive (almost overwhelming) menu with bagels, bagel sandwiches for breakfast or lunch, paninis, and wraps. Bigger inside than it seems, with tables and booths in the back past the open kitchen. Definitely with stopping and eating here if you're in the area.
I go a lot, food is great. Employees are terrible, always in a bad mood its really bad.

I went in after a friend recommended that I give them a try. I was not overly impressed. The bagel and cream cheese were mediocre at best. The employee that took my order was the highlight of the visit. She was very friendly! She is the reason for the 4 star review.

Absolute favorite breakfast place! The food is so cheep and so good every time!! Great customer service, and the workers are always very nice and sweet. Even on the busiest days. I got very lucky today, because as I was about to leave and a very nice worker gave me a free bag of bagels that were extra from the day, that they were going to throw out.

So this is the second time I have come to this place and they have been out of bacon. Really out of bacon at a bagel breakfast place? I used to goto this restaurant when they had a location in mount pleasant. However it got so run down and dirty that no one went there anymore and they closed down. I’m afraid this place is going to have the same thing happen. The tables weren’t wiped off the floor was disgustingly dirty and I’m not even going to say how the bathroom was. If the health dept stopped in on the day I went. they would have definitely been closed down. Hey and I’m not anything like a germ a phob. But it was nasty. Well my family and I are done with this place. Maybe you might have better luck but somehow I doubt it.

Service is great. The food is pretty good. Quality bagels good toppings. The atmosphere feels dark. Lighting is just a bit funky. We may come back, but one thing that is crazy to me is that they didn't have change. Credit card companies charge a fee and I prefer to tip employees instead a giving credit card companies 3%. Keep change on hand?
