We are so glad we learned of and chose to dine here while visiting Charleston. This Brasserie had a wonderful “neighborhood restaurant” feel and the food, drinks, and staff were excellent. Our server, Maddie, was engaging and attentive to the perfect degree. And the speakeasy downstairs was an unexpected and fun bonus. Thanks for a lovely evening

Had family visiting from out of town and they loved Brasserie la Banque. The Steak Frites is prepared perfectly and the Roasted Chicken is so tender and moist. The atmosphere and the service were excellent.

Brunch here is outstanding, one of the best in the city. The setting and dining room is stunning, the service is over the top good! They had are name printed in a gold frame at our table, such a nice, personal touch! We did not want to leave and had such a wonderful experience. We tried much on the menu and everything was amazing. Be sure to order a French toast for the table to share We can't wait to go back!

It was fantastic! We celebrated our engagement, the staff welcomed us with a big congratulations and gave us a private booth. The table was set with more things to congratulate us. Eating here was a big part of our perfect evening.

The outstanding staff of La Banque made my wife's birthday a very special event. From the birthday note signed by each of the staff members to the attention to detail and suggestions from our server. Lara, (who went out of her way to meet the desires of our table), the evening was exquisite. Our meals were exceptional in both presentation and taste. I would be remiss if I did not mention that we found this gem a few days before our dinner. We stopped in the bar for some much-needed refreshment after walking through the city for hours. Even though we only ordered soft drinks, the bartender was very pleasant and attentive. If we are ever back in Charleston, we will definitely make time to return for a dinner at Le Banque.

We had an absolute amazing experience! I think his name was Avery, he was our bartender at the bar. He greeted us with a smile and made us feel so special from the moment we sat down. Our drinks were delicious! He was so friendly, so kind and made our night memorable. You can tell he loves crafting cocktails! We will definitely be back because of the excellent service! Thank you!

We had a late dinner here last night. Started with the foie gros terrine followed by the bouillabaisse, and profiteroles for dessert. Delicious! Alicia (sp?) was our server and was excellent. Highly recommend.
Went for brunch - the food was spectacularly underwhelming. Ordered a croissant to start our meal - cold and dry. I ordered Croque Madame, my husband Eggs Benedict, neither were especially hot, no melty cheese. Such a gorgeous historic building but even the interior decor/charm looks tired. I would not recommend this restaurant with so many other outstanding options in Charleston. Our server was polite and professional, took our croissant off bill without being asked.

Started out at the little “ speak easy” downstairs. Great cocktails. Dinner was fantastic. Steak frites cooked perfectly and the cassoulet was delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Looking forward to our next visit:)
