We enjoyed an anniversary dinner here during our weekend in Charleston, and it was lovely! They left us a little card and decoration on our table which was so special. The atmosphere was upscale but inviting. I especially appreciated the lower noise level of music, which is harder and harder to find these days. Our server, Josh, was so friendly and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed or asked for. The escargots were a particular highlight, as it's the newest take I had seen in a while on this iconic dish. Don't skip them! Finally, I felt like I really got a value for my dollar here, which was particularly noticeable in the wine menu with its balance of affordable (but good!) and higher end options.

We had the most wonderful time celebrating my daughter's birthday here! The food was delicious and the restaurant is gorgeous! Our server was so sweet and the entire staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate! We were very impressed by the thoughtful, special touches that really made our experience so memorable! It was magical! Thank you!!

All big 5 stars. Lil pricy, but I don't dine like this at home 😆 Service was top notch. But, sorry guys, but my date was hot and I give her 10 stars 🤷‍♂️

Food and drinks were delicious. Special touch of having a signed birthday card by the staff and a framed reserved picture was amazing. Loved the personal touch!

We had the pleasure of dining in downtown Charleston and discovering what is now our new favorite restaurant. From the moment we walked in, Hailey made us feel truly welcomed like we were longtime friends coming home. Her warmth, professionalism, and impressive knowledge of the menu made the experience unforgettable. Hailey didn't just serve us, she elevated the entire evening. The meal itself was a journey of flavor, each bite better than the last and the desserts...I honestly can't say enough about them. I dine in Charleston often, and this was easily one of the most memorable meals I've had in the city. Thanks to the staff and the incredible team in the kitchen, we left and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Hailey our server was the best that we had on our 4 day trip in Charleston. She made us feel very special on our anniversary trip and was very efficient. The cocktails that we ordered needed tweaking and could have been better but EVERYTHING else was spot on. We will definitely return on our next trip to Charleston.

Amazing experience. Our server was friendly and made great suggestions. Started with oysters and the smoked fish dip both of which were delicious. I had the scallops which I highly recommend. We finished with the crepe cake which was tasty but heavy.

Brasserie La Banque was such a surprise find. We were across the street at a quaint liquor store called the Tavern at Rainbow Row; the storekeeper directed us to a speakeasy below BLB to sample a local whiskey they sold at the shop. We stumbled on the upstairs restaurant as we were leaving. We made dinner reservations on the spot for later that evening. The ambiance is lovely mood lighting and soft Parisian background music. The service was just right, a few timely check-ins. The food was fresh, well presented and delicious. We ordered french onion soup, lyonnaise salad, beet salad, a burger and coquilles saint-Jacques.

My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary there and it was an incredible experience. We splurged with the caviar flight -and apparently I now like caviar! I had the gnocchi and it melted in my mouth. I've never had gnocchi like this before. My husband had the scallops, which he loved. The waitstaff were so kind and thoughtful and informative, as well. Everything was perfection and it was a memorable experience.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate a special anniversary. The check in person acknowledged the occasion, but never told the staff. However when I mentioned the occasion to the manager, he surprised us with great desert after dinner. Food and service were exceptional. The music selections were varied and not necessarily conducive to those trying to havie. a conversation. I would definitely go to Brasserie Banquet again.

As always, food was excellent. And, Hayley was uber charming, fast, competent, professional. Another great LeBanque experience! Thank you.

This is our second visit to the Bar Vauté and we aren’t jaded at all. We figured we couldn’t get a table at La Banque without a reservation so we arrived at the blue-hair hour(5:20!) and asked if we could order from the menu downstairs in the wonderful bar. We started with a superior cocktail each- a Boulevardier and a Vieux Carré. We each ordered a NY Strips a la carte with plates of haricots verts and fries to share. The steaks were succulent, well seasoned and perfectly grilled to temp. The sides were delicious and just enough. A glass of Cremant de Bourgogne each and a to-die-for chocolate crème brûlée to top it all off. The service in the bar is great-not stiff or formal, but still attentive. The atmosphere is lively, lots of happy conversations overlapping from the bar and other small tables. The small round tables are first come first serve, set at the base of the stone wall with seating on surprisingly comfy upholstery cubes. It’s dimly lit, cool, and fun. Don’t miss this spot in Charleston.

Speakeasy kind of vibes, located downstairs, intimate quaint little place. Must try the Fleur De Lis cocktail tastes like a refreshing botanical lemonade! Candle lit dark atmosphere, perfect for date night or girls night.
